Job Summary : As a Field Application Engineer, your primary goal will be to drive design wins for our customers in various markets. You will engage with engineering departments to provide technical support and contribute to product design and development. Your expertise will help expand our business by addressing design challenges and presenting effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a technical sales strategy, showcasing new products and technologies to prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide insight into product offerings that align with those needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key technical decision-makers within accounts.
• Collaborate with design, production, and engineering teams to devise technical strategies that resolve customer challenges.
• Support sales teams by promoting product and application training to boost customer engagement and drive sales growth.
• Track design opportunities from concept to production, maximizing resources for optimal success.
• Create persuasive presentations and tools to establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and translating insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Attend necessary technical training for professional development and certification.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications :
