Quality Leader

As a Quality Leader, you will lead and administer the quality program to ensure compliance with industry standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This position will be based at our Talladega, AL location.

Every day as a Quality Leader, you will...

• Collaborate to develop, enforce and implement quality procedures
• Coach, train, and assist in developing corrective actions and solving problems
• Investigate and analyze quality issues / data to identify root causes, and ensure issues are addressed and resolved
• Conduct compliance audits to recognize performance and identify areas of improvement
• Maintain calibrations of measuring devices
• Develop recommendations to strengthen our quality management system
• Support other projects as needed
