2 Positions in San Antonio, TX

2 Positions in Lexington, KY

Schedule :

Onsite Monday to Friday each week

Travel on Sunday night , return Friday night

Job Overview :

We are looking for experienced PowerApps professionals to deliver hands-on training and mentorship to internal teams. This is a client-facing role requiring a strong command of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI), excellent communication skills, and a passion for upskilling teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver structured PowerApps training to small groups or individuals

Provide one-on-one mentoring and guidance on Power Platform best practices

Assist teams in developing use-case-driven apps and workflows

Customize content to suit different skill levels (beginner to intermediate)

Troubleshoot real-time issues and guide learners through hands-on labs

Offer feedback and document progress

Required Skills :

Proven expertise with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Experience conducting live training or mentorship

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to simplify technical concepts

Prior consulting or client-facing experience is preferred
