Role and Responsibilities :

As a Field Supervisor for Attic and Crawl Space restoration, you'll spend the majority of your time on-site , leading and supporting crews in day-to-day operations . Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for project supervision, quality control, equipment management, safety oversight, and customer service at the ground level.

Key Responsibilities :

• Train and coach field crews on-site, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Serve as crew safety manager, enforcing OSHA standards.
• Conduct site audits, perform Quality Control (QC) visits, and solve on-the-spot issues.
• Respond directly to customer service requests in the field.
• Supervise / support daily staging, loading, and cleanup of work trucks / vans.
• Mitigate downtime by testing and troubleshooting equipment.
• Verify daily logs, timekeeping, and reporting accuracy.
• Lead morning crew meetings and contribute to Field Manager selection.
• Work with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure material, tools, PPE, and equipment availability.
• Via the Warehouse Supervisor, ensure vehicle maintenance and service scheduling compliance.
