Aderant Systems Manager
My client has a full time remote opening for a Aderant Systems Manager This role will oversee the operations of its financial systems portfolio, with a primary focus on Aderant Expert . This individual will ensure the effective daily operation, integrity, and performance of the firm’s financial systems while driving transformation initiatives and leading a team of three professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
Leads, mentors, and develops a team of three staff members.
Oversees performance management and provides coaching to support professional growth.
Ensures consistent team operations and identifies opportunities for process efficiency and optimization.
System Governance & Operations
Provides governance and oversight for all financial systems.
Maintains system health, data integrity, and operational reliability.
Proactively identifies and implements system improvements and process enhancements.
Oversees financial system maintenance, upgrades, and configuration management.
Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partners with Finance Operations and Information Services teams to deliver system initiatives and projects.
Serves as the primary liaison between Finance and IT to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborates with the Director of Financial Systems to manage, develop, and execute financial systems strategies.
Acts as the subject matter expert on Aderant Expert functionality, enhancements, and integrations.
Stays informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to guide future system enhancements.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience : Minimum of three years of management experience with a strong background in financial systems operations.
Technical Expertise :
Extensive hands-on experience with Aderant Expert , including configuration, support, and integrations.
Strong proficiency in SQL Server with a deep understanding of the Aderant database .
Skills & Competencies :
Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting demands.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the firm.
