Education Master's Degree Nursing required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only preferred Clinical Nurse Specialist [Psychiatric PCNS - Massachusetts] - Massachusetts Board of Nursing preferred Experience Experience in Nursing 5-7 years required and Senior-level nursing leadership experience 8-10+ years required and Leadership experience within a large system and academic environment 3-5 years preferred.
