Job descriptionManage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth. Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to improve performance. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Sales Manager
The Sales Manager will oversee the sales operations of the dealership. They will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Representatives, developing sales strategies, and meeting revenue targets.
