Role Overview :
We’re looking for a sharp Property Accountant who owns accuracy and can run the numbers across our property portfolio. You’ll handle bank reconciliations, A / P & A / R, payroll entries, credit card reconciling, monthly financial statements, budget support and partner with operations to keep our books clean and timely.
What You’ll Do :
- Manage day-to-day accounting for assigned properties.
- Perform monthly close, bank / credit-card reconciliations, A / P, A / R, and payroll entries.
- Prepare and review monthly financials and budget / trend variances.
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis.
- Read and interpret rental agreements, addenda, budget reports, and financial statements.
