Essential Functions

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy consistent with treatment objectives and clinical standards.
• Apply psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to address behavioral, emotional, and social issues.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, presenting patient updates and clinical recommendations.
• Communicate recommendations to case management and providers as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain an assigned caseload and provide documentation consistent with regulatory and accrediting body standards.
• Prepare progress notes, treatment updates, and discharge summaries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure appropriate coordination of post-discharge care, including community referrals and follow-up plans.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed for patients and families.
• Support collaboration between internal teams, referral sources, and external agencies to ensure continuity of care.
