Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction and delivery of a state-of-the-art data center facility in Dallas. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in mission-critical infrastructure projects who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage complex timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead all phases of data center construction projects from planning to commissioning.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and risk assessments to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and industry best practices.
  • Provide regular progress reports and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, electrical infrastructure, and cooling technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple contractors and vendors effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a focus on problem-solving.

    • Preferred :

  • PMP or similar project management certification.
  • Experience with Tier III or Tier IV data center standards.
