Who Are We Looking For?

Vestwell is expanding and we're keen to add a Product Manager to our team who's passionate about changing the retirement industry. We're looking for someone who loves to solve problems and is driven to build great products. You will work across all of our solutions - translating company goals into focused initiatives, actionable steps, and a living backlog of work to be done. You will help refine and execute a product vision, improve engineering project management processes, and implement external / internal product communication and feedback channels.

This role will be leading and expanding our Money Movement capabilities, which includes :

• The user flows that lead to savers moving money into and out of the platform (e.g., rollovers, withdrawals, and loans)
• Operational tooling that supports processing such transactions
• Partnering with the Fraud / Risk team to ensure users receive their funds both quickly and safely
• Exploring AI solutions to help our operations teams scale and set up new business on the platform more efficiently

You'll play a pivotal role in driving our money movement strategy and delivering market-leading solutions that support participants, advisors, sponsors, and operational teams.

OUR PROCESS

It starts the same for every candidate : getting to know the team members through 1-2 conversations about Vestwell, your experience, and your interests. Next steps can vary by role, but the usual next steps are a skill or experience screen (e.g. a coding interview for an Engineer, a portfolio review for a Designer, deeper experience call for other roles) which leads to a virtual or in-person interview panel after that if the screens go well. Before making an offer, our interview process concludes with a references check stage for your recruiter to meet with a current or former supervisor and peer. We prioritize transparency and lack of surprise throughout the process.
