Job description

Loan Officer / Branch Manager

Location : Remote (Local to Idaho)

Compensation : Commission Based

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Utilize streamlined processes and potential dedicated support staff for seamless operations.
  • Leverage a proven track record of individual and team success with significant growth potential.
  • Tap into an infrastructure and resources designed specifically for loan officers, ensuring access to tools, technology, and expertise.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and trust.

What You'll Need :

  • Bachelor's degree and / or five years of mortgage loan origination or mortgage banking experience.
  • Proven ability to build a sales pipeline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage and maintain a successful business.
  • Prior success in sales prospecting and generating referrals.
  • High initiative and self-motivation.
  • Desire to work with autonomy while having control of your branch.
