As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols and interact with the public, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate : $29.08 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Mon 03 : 00 PM - 01 : 00 AM

Fri 02 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM

Sat 02 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM

Sun 03 : 00 PM - 01 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide reassurance to employees, visitors, and / or the public.

Communicate professionally with individuals on site, including employees, visitors, and / or members of the public, to address questions and provide assistance as needed.

Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

A handcuffing certification is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
