Compliance Specialist
Cintas is seeking to hire a Compliance Specialist who will oversee all efforts surrounding location (or region) compliance, related to Safety, and / or Fleet. The Compliance Specialist will ensure audit compliance for area(s) of expertise along with auditing and monitoring data, systems, and processes for compliance to policies and laws. Teaches, trains, and educates partners regarding compliance items, including current SOPs, revised SOPs or policies, and new policies or procedures. Stays well-informed on any regulatory changes and cascades the information to location(s) supported. Responsible for due diligence of our Third-Party Risk Management providers.

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $77,968.80 - $89,998.40 / Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
