  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance children's physical abilities and overall development.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to integrate therapeutic strategies into daily routines.
  • Monitor and document progress towards goals, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and education to family members and other caregivers to support the child's development and participation in natural environments.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of young children's motor skills and developmental stages (optional) Manage scheduling and caseload based on personal availability and capacity.
  • Qualifications :

  • Valid NYS state license as a Physical Therapist.
  • Experience in pediatric physical therapy or early intervention preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse families and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
