Overview
Inside Sales Representative - ENTEC at Ravago Manufacturing Americas based at our Orlando Headquarters location. The Inside Sales Representative partners with the Regional Commercial Director (RCD) in efforts to grow our customer base, calling targeted customers, organizing and analyzing data, coordinating with marketing lead generation efforts and qualifying prospective customers into buying accounts as assigned by the RCD. The Inside Sales representative will pursue prospective accounts through various communication efforts using multiple digital platforms like CRM, Marketing Cloud and others, from our Orlando Headquarters location. The objective of the role is to expand the reach of the Entec sales force by initiating contact with prospective customers and selling them our Plastics Portfolio. They will also work to maintain or grow the volumes at existing Customers as assigned by the RCD.
Responsibilities

Establish a solid understanding of Business Systems that support the Commercial Teams and become proficient in how to navigate and use themEstablish a solid understanding of Business Processes for Commercial OperationsInside SalesFollow Lead Management Process for all Entec generated Leads (incoming calls, web and other)
Accurately enter, update, and maintain key information related to assigned Accounts (Contacts, Leads, Opportunities and Competitive Information) in the CRM Dynamics 365 system when automation isn't availableParticipate in continuous learning in areas related to Inside Sales skills building, product knowledge, marketing initiatives and business process to present our customers with a solid value propositionProvide each Customer with excellent service representing the Entec brandDrive increased Customer Engagement through effective questions, conversations and ongoing relationship management using multiple digital platformsMaintain detailed activities outlining Customer Engagement efforts in Dynamics 365 CRM that aligns with our Inside Sales StrategiesBuild a healthy Sales Pipeline of qualified prospects and existing Accounts as assignedCollaborate with Commercial Management Teams and provide the business with necessary updates related to assigned Accounts and OpportunitiesFollow Opportunity Management ProcessSell to Customers based upon Entec standards as related to Price Management, Margin and Sales strategies as defined by the businessMaintain updated pricing in the form of price Quotes in CRMCollaborate with the assigned Customer Account Representative for Order ManagementProvide periodic intel on data collected on Prospect and Existing Accounts to the management team and the RCDsMeet / Exceed goals set forth by management regarding Customer Engagement efforts, Prospect Account Conversion Rates, and KPIs on assigned AccountsFacilitate document collection for new customer requests (signed credit applications, tax-exempt docs etc.) and submit to appropriate department for reviewing and processingProvide service and support coverage for team members as neededAssist with the handoff training and transition of assignments as neededAll other duties as assignedSupervisory Responsibilities

Education :Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience preferred

Working knowledge of M365 Office Suite, Customer Management and Reporting toolsEnd-user knowledge of our ERP SystemRelevant Industry experience – preferredLicenses / Certifications :Valid driver's license – required
Language :Proficiency in English required
