Must Skills : Scrum Master, AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).

Job Description :

"We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for Adobe Experience Manager AEM projects The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies remove impediments and foster a high performing team culture while ensuring alignment with AEM development best practices and business goals

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives and demos
• Coach and mentor AEM development teams on Agile Scrum principles and practices
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog specific to AEM features and enhancements
• Ensure timely delivery of AEM components templates workflows and integrations
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress
• Track and report team metrics velocity burndown charts etc to stakeholders
• Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including UX QA DevOps and content authors
• Ensure compliance with AEM architecture standards governance and performance benchmarks
