This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels at managing field operations, ensuring quality, and delivering projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction activities for commercial projects
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
• Ensure jobsite compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
• Monitor project schedules and drive workflow to meet milestones
• Review plans, specifications, and construction documents for accuracy
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and owner representatives
• Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and site records
• Resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track
