PACU RN – Panama City, FL | Up to $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

HealthCare Support is actively interviewing for a PACU RN in Panama City, FL. Join an RN-only, fast-paced surgical team recently expanded with outpatient surgery, creating exciting opportunities for growth. Work at a nationally recognized facility honored with multiple accreditations and awards for excellence and patient safety, while providing vital post-operative care.

Pay & Incentives

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $15,000
$30 – $44 an hour depending on experience
Shift Differential

Schedule

Mon–Fri : 5x8s, 4x10s, or 3x12s (flexible start times between 5am–11am)

Condensed Weekend Option : 12-hour shifts Sat & Sun + 1 weekday shift

On-Call : Nights (currently 1x / week, expected to decrease)

Qualifications

Florida RN license (or compact, with active FL license within 90 days)

Preferred : 1 year ER, ICU, IMCU, or Critical Care experience

Key Responsibilities

Monitor patients post-anesthesia, ensuring airway, vitals, pain management, and safe recovery

Respond to complications, provide wound care, document care, and educate patients / families in coordination with surgical teams
