We are in search of a proficient Data Entry Clerk to join our client's team in the south west, Minnesota metro. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be tasked with the responsibility of managing and organizing data, with a key focus on precision and efficiency.
Your role will involve quality assurance using various internal systems and entering detailed information accurately. This role offers potential for contract to hire.
Responsibilities :
- Input detailed information into internal systems with high accuracy.
- Make use of Microsoft Excel for data entry tasks.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data entered into the systems.
- Monitor and manage customer accounts, implementing appropriate actions as necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain precise records of customer credit applications.
- Continuously update and maintain records.
- Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform regular checks on customer accounts and execute necessary actions.
- Proficiency in the MS Suite
- Previous experience in a data entry role is preferred
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of databases
- High school diploma or equivalent education level
- Strong organizational skills
- Fast typing skills with an eye for detail
- Familiarity with administrative duties
- Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Prior experience or schooling in the film, music, audio or editing field is preferred but not required.
