A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer, Expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Account Managers to identify, qualify, and drive renewals and expansion opportunities
Build and maintain strong technical partnerships with customers through product demonstrations and communications
Lead and manage Proof of Value engagements for customers evaluating package upgrades or new products
Required Qualifications
3+ years of customer-facing, technical experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or equivalent title
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms : AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, and Operating Systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux)
Strong project management skills with the ability to operate in a startup environment
Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations is a plus
Ideally, prior B2B SaaS experience
