Job description

Position : Lead Java React Developer (Technology Lead)

Location : Boston, MA; Princeton, NJ (may require relocation or travel).

Responsibilities

  • Add value across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle; design and produce detailed design artifacts such as program specifications and test plans.
  • Independently develop and review code and contribute to the go‑live plan.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and clients to deliver innovative, defect‑free solutions that meet business needs.

Qualifications

Basic

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of a year of education).
  • At least 4 years of experience developing applications with Spring Boot, Java 8, APIs, microservices, React, SQL database and concurrency in Core Java.

    • Preferred

  • At least 6 years of experience in design and architecture review.
  • At least 6 years of experience in the software development life cycle with strong Agile practices.
  • Deep knowledge of web‑development practices and commonly used modules.
  • Hands‑on experience with Spring Boot, Java 8, microservices, REST APIs, Core Java concurrency, SQL DB, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Azure.
  • Knowledge of design patterns.
  • Ability to create self‑contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.
  • Ability to maintain a clear dependency chain and logical file‑system structure.
  • Creating custom, general‑use modules and components that extend existing elements.
  • Strong teamwork and client‑interfacing skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.

    • Estimated annual compensation range for candidates :

  • Boston, MA : $78,903 – $102,574
  • Princeton, NJ : $76,071 – $98,893
