About the Role :
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and development of ruggedized server platforms for tactical edge and military programs. You will be responsible for creating high-performance, reliable hardware capable of operating in extreme environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and development of server / compute hardware for rugged / military applications
- Design and review multi-layer PCBs and high-speed digital circuits (PCIe, DDR)
- Develop power delivery, thermal, and EMC / EMI solutions for ruggedized systems
- Ensure compliance with MIL-STD-810 (environmental) and MIL-STD-461 (EMC / EMI) standards
- Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and test teams to integrate and qualify hardware
- Mentor junior engineers on high-speed board-level design and integration best practices
Requirements :
10+ years of hands-on experience in server or compute hardware designExtensive PCB layout and multi-layer board design experienceExpertise in high-speed digital design, signal integrity, and power delivery networksKnowledge of thermal management and EMC / EMI mitigationBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalentPreferred :
Experience in rugged computing, military / aerospace, or server OEMs (Dell, HPE, Lenovo)Familiarity with design tools such as Cadence / Allegro, HyperLynx, Ansys SI / ThermalClearance or eligibility for security clearanceWhy You'll Love This Role :
