Job Description

Catalyx is seeking an Automation Engineer / SystemAdministrator to support our teams dailyoperations and ongoing automation projects. This is a hybrid role combining elements of engineering automation, project coordination, and systemadministration. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, flexible, and ready togrow within a collaborative technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily automation and system operations,including monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of existing tools andinfrastructure.
• Assist in the design, deployment, anddocumentation of automation workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams tosupport project execution, including tracking milestones, reporting progress,and managing documentation.
• Maintain system configurations, user accesscontrols, and perform routine system administration tasks.
• Provide support for installation, setup, andmaintenance of lab or IT systems (as applicable), excluding robotics, visionsystems, or liquid handling platforms.
• Identify opportunities for process improvementand contribute to the continuous optimization of internal systems andprocedures.
• Participate in training and developmentopportunities to expand skill sets in automation and systems support.
