A company is looking for a Sr. Accounts Payable Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage vendor inquiries and internal communications, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution
Process vendor invoices and payments accurately, including coding and data entry into accounting software
Assist with month-end closing activities and identify opportunities for process improvements in accounts payable
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full cycle accounts payable experience
Knowledge of Oracle 365 or similar software preferred
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
