Human Resources Manager- Bilingual Required

Salary Range : $120,000 - $140,000

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a leading manufacturing company in the New Albany, OH area. This onsite role is critical to fostering a positive workplace culture and driving organizational performance. The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities of the HR Manager :

Lead HR initiatives that support company goals and promote a positive culture.

Manage recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding for exempt and non-exempt roles.

Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Implement learning and development programs, including career management and succession planning.

Analyze compensation trends and support annual compensation planning.

Provide guidance on sensitive HR issues, benefits, and leave administration.

Preferred Qualifications of the HR Manager :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

5+ years of progressive HR experience

Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws

Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Bilingual required - Spanish preferred, but open to other languages as well.
