They are seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function and play a strategic role in shaping the people, culture, and talent strategy across the facility.

About the Role
- Serve as a trusted business partner to the Plant Manager and leadership team
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals across day-to-day operations and long-term strategic priorities
- Oversee labor relations as the primary liaison between management and union representatives
- Guide grievance resolution, arbitration preparation, and collective agreement negotiations with a balanced, solutions-focused approach
- Champion talent development, workforce planning, and succession strategies aligned to operational needs
- Lead recruitment and retention initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and health and safety standards
- Promote continuous improvement, employee wellness, culture-building, and engagement initiatives
