General Description

The Director, Engineering is responsible for guiding Managers and senior contributors in the Engineering Department to achieve departmental and corporate goals. Reports include Level 2-3 Engineering Managers, Principal Engineers, and Level 4 Designers. The role also encompasses responsibilities of the "Associate Director, Engineering," which serves as a pre-step to the Director role.

• Lead internal initiatives and cross-functional teams to meet departmental objectives.
• Manage and develop the Engineering Department’s leadership and team capabilities.
