Join Our Dynamic Float Pool Team as a Registered Nurse (RN)

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for variety, challenge, and growth in your nursing career? Our Internal Float Pool provides an exciting opportunity to work within multiple specialties while maintaining a consistent work environment.

Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

About the Role :

Work a third shift from 7 PM to 7 AM with a schedule that allows flexibility and work-life balance.
Rotate between Emergency Department (ED) Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units.

Your Responsibilities :

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Quickly adapt to diverse unit workflows while ensuring clinical excellence.

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.

What We’re Looking For :

Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience is required; 2 years is preferred.

Flexibility to adhere to a rotating schedule that includes 2 Fridays, 2 Mondays, and 1 Weekend every 6 weeks.

Training and Skills Development :

Receive comprehensive training in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), IV Ultrasound, and cross-training for charge nurse responsibilities.

Competitive pay range from $37.50 to $56.25, based on experience and qualifications.
