We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to lead our organization's operational strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in operations management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage resources, drive process improvements, and foster business development while ensuring alignment with the company's goals.
- Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Lead and mentor a team of managers, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational objectives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners to optimize operational costs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational strategies with overall business goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within operations management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Strong leadership and knowledge of utility infrastructure installation.
- Strong knowledge of directional drilling and fiber optic cable installation.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on long-term growth.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
