Base pay range $82,000.00 / yr - $119,000.00 / yr

Position Summary

We’re looking for a visionary Senior Interior Designer to bring bold ideas and innovative design to our dynamic architecture team. As a key collaborator, you’ll work alongside our architects and multidisciplinary teams to shape exceptional environments while playing a vital role in expanding our interior design practice. Primary Responsibilities

Collaborate with the architecture team to develop and execute interior design concepts.

Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects meet client expectations and design standards.

Assist in building and growing interior design practice, including business development and client acquisition.

Create detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, and material selections.

Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project success.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in interior design.

Mentor and support junior designers and team members.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.

Interior Design License NCIDQ, LEED AP ID+C, WELL AP, IIDA

Experience in Multi-family, Corporate, Education, Healthcare, Retail, hi-rise, and Hospitality preferred.

Experience with FF&E procurement and specification.

Experience managing a department of 3 or more design staff including budget estimates and project schedules.

Proficient in Revit, Lumion or Enscape, Office Management tools

Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Experience in business development and client acquisition.
