Overview

Seeking a BC / BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Hospitalist to meet the growing demand of our program northwest of Indianapolis, Indiana.

• Ideal candidate be an Internal or Family Medicine Physician who wants to be part of the Hospitalist Program
• Candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
• This is an established, high functioning hospitalist program with great patient outcomes and high levels of physician satisfaction
• Join a team of 30+ Hospitalists covering three campuses
• Schedule : 7 On / 7 Off; 7 : 00 a.m. – 7 : 00 p.m.
• 75th percentile salary + quality + wRVU bonuses
• Outreach shifts to two other campuses
• Inpatient volume : 16 – 18 patients per day
• Central line placement and intubation procedures preferred
• Open ICU with easy access to specialist consultation
• Respond to Code Blue’s
• Strong collegial support from specialists
• Moonlighting opportunities
• Epic EMR
