Royal Automotive group is seeking a talented individual for our T echnology / Deliver Specialist role. As a Lexus Technology Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the ownership experience for our customers by providing expert guidance on vehicle technology and product features. You will assist customers with questions and training on their new or Certified Lexus vehicles, ensuring they understand and utilize key technology features, including Safety Connect and Service Connect. Your in-depth product knowledge will allow you to address a wide range of customer inquiries beyond technology, making you a valuable resource for both our sales team and Lexus owners.
