Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare provider stakeholders
Support client onboarding and training to ensure effective technology adoption
Monitor client performance metrics and coordinate issue resolution
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in client success or account management within the healthcare provider space
Familiarity with healthcare technology and ability to learn new tools
Strong understanding of the healthcare provider landscape
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Ability to analyze data and metrics for decision-making
