Looking for Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA one day per week

Shift Details : Days : Tuesdays

Hours : 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

You MUST drive – occasional outings with the client may be required

Preference will be given to those with experience supporting individuals with Parkinson's Disease

Assist with ambulation and transfers (wheelchair use varies day to day)

Provide standby or hands-on assistance with toileting and provide full assists

Prepare and serve meals

Offer reminders and support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Medication reminders and logging medications administered

Encourage Hydration

Must be upbeat and friendly.
