Job Title : Electrical Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities :

• Provide first-line supervisor oversight to daily tasks performed by the Electrical Crew.
• Responsible for maintenance and installation of all electrical equipment for the plant.
• Incorporate safety into all aspects of the operation and ensure that safe working conditions, actions and practices exist and are followed at all times.
• Adept at prioritizing and coordinating electrical maintenance activities so as to maximize operational efficiencies and equipment availability.
• Responsible for following and upholding components of the RPM Model for all assigned areas including but not limited to : work order submissions / approval / routing, scheduling, daily / weekly / monthly meeting schedules, and crew utilization.
• Take lead role in training and developing of assigned employees in the skills needed to achieve key performance metrics.
• Able to build rapport with employees through effective communication and engagement efforts.
• Must be willing to uphold and enforce company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
• Adaptable to shift assignment and overtime requirements.

Hourly Salary : $59.60

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
