Clinical Data Analyst

Inova Clinical Analytics is looking for a dedicated Clinical Data Analyst to join the Team. This hybrid role will be full-time day shift working Monday - Friday located in Fairfax, VA.

The Clinical Data Analyst performs data analysis and reporting to support the implementation of clinical effectiveness, performance improvement, and service line initiatives across Inova Health System. Provides quality assurance, data validation, and report generation to support the department. Synthesizes data into meaningful information in selected functions. Identifies preliminary improvement opportunities from analyses.
