THE ROLE

Our site in Billerica, MA is seeking a / an Reliability Engineering Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

In this role you will work closely with a team of Maintenance Professionals and Equipment Engineers. You will be the liaison between the two teams implementing design improvements to the production equipment and the maintenance process.

What You'll Do

• Work cross-functionally with engineers, maintenance technicians and operations personnel working to increase the over reliability of production equipment.
• Implement PdM (Predictive Maintenance) technologies to existing maintenance program.
• Design and install equipment improvements using SolidWorks
• Optimize and standardize maintenance preventative maintenance and calibration procedures
• Formulate solutions to reduce the cost of maintenance by reducing the amount of labor or extending the life of machine components

Compensation : $25-$30 / per hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
