A company is looking for a Field Hourly Talent Acquisition Specialist to execute recruitment strategies and support Team Member hiring.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Shack hiring managers to ensure strong talent pipelines and efficient hiring processes
Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to each Shack's needs, including staffing for new restaurant openings
Support employment branding efforts and participate in local hiring events and career fairs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
At least 2 years of Talent Acquisition related work experience, preferably in high volume recruitment
Prior experience supporting field locations or a multi-unit region preferred
Prior Workday ATS experience preferred
