Location : Columbus, Dayton, or Akron, OH (Must be able to travel as necessary)

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : $85,000 - $105,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

The Director of Compliance is responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance, accreditation, licensing renewals, and ensuring good standing status across all Armada Recovery facilities. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and manage compliance programs, and ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, including HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and oversee company-wide compliance programs and policies.

Manage facility licensing renewals and maintain facilities in good standing with regulatory agencies.

Conduct regular audits of clinical and operational practices to ensure compliance.

Provide comprehensive training and support to staff regarding compliance requirements and procedures.

Investigate compliance concerns, prepare reports, and manage corrective action plans.

Stay current with changes in regulatory requirements and ensure timely implementation of required updates.

Serve as the primary contact for regulatory and accreditation bodies.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Law, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of compliance management experience within healthcare or behavioral health settings.

Strong knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, Joint Commission / CARF standards).

Experience with facility licensing processes and maintaining good standing with regulatory bodies.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
