Position Overview :

The Quality Control Assistant Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of the Quality Control (QC) division. This position serves as a key liaison between QC specialists, subject matter experts (SMEs), and supervisors, ensuring that all QC outputs meet the highest standards and that continuous improvement initiatives are successfully implemented.

Key Responsibilities :

• Quality Monitoring & Evaluation :

Monitor and assess the quality of work performed by QC specialists to ensure compliance with established standards, procedures, and legal requirements.

Conduct monthly performance evaluations and feedback sessions with team members to track KPIs, clarify expectations, and outline corrective actions.

Consistently monitor the scorecard system to identify trends, recurring errors, and root causes of quality issues.

Communicate effectively with assistant supervisors, SMEs, and supervisors to support process improvement initiatives.

Attend and participate in legal training sessions to stay current on processes, legal standards, and emerging challenges.
