Workforce Operations Assistant

Garcia Roofing is hiring a Workforce Operations Assistant to support our Workforce Department and remote team with hands-on, day-to-day tasks. This entry-level role is perfect for someone dependable, bilingual (English / Spanish preferred), and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors. You’ll help with fleet upkeep, light repairs, errands, and organization—serving as the on-site support our remote team can count on.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with fleet duties : driving, cleaning, inspections, and minor repairs (tires, batteries, camera installs).
• Maintain and organize inventory (tools, uniforms, equipment).
• Deliver or pick up small items as needed.
• Help set up devices (phones, tablets, GPS units).
• Keep warehouse and storage areas clean and orderly.
• Update records and logs using Google Sheets .
• Support the Workforce Manager with general errands and field tasks.

Work Environment

Work varies week to week—some days indoors (office, warehouse, data entry), other days outdoors (vehicle inspections, deliveries, light repairs).
