Are you an experienced Litigation Paralegal looking for a fast-paced, rewarding role where your work truly matters? We're seeking a detail-oriented, driven professional with 2-5+ years of litigation experience to join our personal injury team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work side-by-side with skilled attorneys and make a real impact in the lives of their clients. This position is a full-time permanent role with great benefits, onsite in Springfield. Pay rate ranges from $25.00 - 35.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain case updates and deadlines in the case management system
• Communicate with clients about medical treatment and obtain records and bills
• Draft complaints, discovery requests, and manage discovery responses
• Speak with witnesses and gather statements
• Summarize large volumes of medical records and discovery
• E-file legal documents and assist in trial prep
• Schedule depositions and litigation events; manage attorney calendars
• Prepare releases, settlement statements, and trial-related certifications
