Job Description

Oversee all on-site construction activities for high-end residential projects in the $10M+ range. Manage subcontractors, trades, and site staff to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and schedule standards. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure seamless communication and execution. Monitor budgets, track progress, and resolve issues that may impact project performance. Deliver a final product that reflects the highest levels of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of superintendent experience with a strong track record of successfully delivering custom homes valued at $10M or more. They will demonstrate strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-end finishes. This individual must be highly organized, client-focused, and capable of building strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.
