Job Summary

This leader has operational accountability and oversight, and manages the daily activities of the department or area. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring team work tasks, projects, and responsibilities are completed successfully in support of departmental and organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

• Require a Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field.
• Require a minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in a medical setting. A Master\'s degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration can substitute for the required experience.
