Washington County Mental Health Services is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance to join our senior leadership team. This strategic role oversees all quality, compliance, and data performance initiatives across our organization, ensuring we meet the highest standards in patient care and regulatory requirements. This role is instrumental in safeguarding patient information, driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights, and supporting our mission to deliver efficient, high-quality service. Working closely with our COO and cross-functional leaders, you'll shape the systems and culture that ensure service integrity, accountability, and excellence. Compensation and benefits : This full-time position pays between $110,000 and $130,000 annualized. Additionally, WCMHS provides comprehensive benefits including paid time off; employer-sponsored health, dental, life, and disability insurances; a 403(b) retirement plan with generous employer match; and educational benefits such as tuition reimbursement and student loan repayment.
