Required : AZ License, ACLS, BLS, & NIH

Preferred Experience : Impella - IABP

Blocked Schedule : Considered

May float as needed

Minimum 2+ years ICU experience

Patient Ratio :  1 : 2 (ICU) or 1 : 3 (Step Down)

No Option for 48-hr. Guarantee

EMR :  Medhost

Scrub Color :  Black

RTO Blackout Dates or Required Holidays : Yes for Holidays, RTO TBD
