Headquartered in the Netherlands, with a growing site in Clinton, TN, we are focused on shaping the future of the pharmaceutical supply chain — making it safer, more reliable, and patient-centered.

To support our growth in the U.S., we are looking for a driven IT Manager (US) to lead the digital transformation of our Clinton site and align technology with business priorities.

Your Impact

As IT Manager (US), you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the IT and digital strategy at our US site. You will join the site leadership team and act as a strategic partner, ensuring our technology enables operational excellence, compliance, and growth.

You will :

Oversee all IT operations at the site, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency.
Build and develop the US IT team, fostering a collaborative and responsive support environment.
Act as the on-site coordinator and key liaison for major IT projects such as the ERP implementation, serving as the right hand of the project manager and ensuring site-level activities are planned, executed, and aligned with the overall project plan.
Partner with business leaders to translate operational needs into effective IT solutions.
Monitor and improve IT performance using clear metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
Plan for future IT capacity, skill needs, and team growth in line with business expansion.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.

10+ years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or pharmaceutical environment.

At least 3 years in an IT leadership role, with proven success in ERP implementation and digital initiatives.

Strong understanding of ERP systems and hands-on experience with ERP implementation projects.

Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile Scrum Master, or Change Management are a plus.

Track record of success both as a team leader and as a hands-on contributor.
