Overview : The Histology Manager makes sure the histology lab runs smoothly and efficiently. He / she oversees the team, manages daily operations, ensures compliance with regulations, and keeps improving lab processes.

Responsibilities :

• Lab Work & Supervision – Lead a team of histology professionals and make sure high-quality lab work gets done, including tissue processing, cutting, and staining.
• Quality Control – Meet high industry standards and all regulatory requirements (CAP, CLIA, etc.).
• Training & Team Support – Help train, support, and manage the team to ensure they perform at their best.
• Collaboration – Work with other departments like pathology, supply chain, and client services to keep everything running smoothly.
