Key Responsibilities :

• Estimating : Prepare accurate and detailed takeoffs using industry-standard software.
• Project Management : Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Client Interaction : Collaborate closely with clients to understand project requirements and provide regular updates.
• Vendor and Subcontractor Coordination : Obtain competitive bids and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Budgeting and Cost Control : Create project budgets and track expenditures to ensure profitability.
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain comprehensive project documentation and generate reports as required.
• Contract Review : Review and analyze contract documents to ensure alignment with estimates and project scopes.
